Important Dates and Deadlines for New Students
April-May
Online course registration and housing registration begins for students after they submit their $400 enrollment deposit. Students will be emailed their Guilford identification number (G number), as well as instructions for online course and housing registration.
May 31
Student Health Form due. Click here to access the Student Health Form.
June 1
Start arranging to have your final transcript sent to Guilford College.
July 15
In mid-June you will receive your statement of charges for the fall semester. This fee must be paid by July 15th or a late fee of ($200) will be charged to your account.
August 19
Move-in day and the beginning of New Student Orientation (CHAOS) for most new students (Click here for a complete schedule of arrival dates)
August 24
Fall 2009 semester classes begin
