Important Dates and Deadlines for New Transfer Students

Mid-May

Around the middle of May, new student Enrollment Packets will mail from Guilford. This packet includes health forms, Bannerweb login and PIN information, housing information and other important details. Once you receive this packet, please fill out your housing application on Bannerweb.

May 26

Complete the on-line housing form or application to live off- campus. You must register for housing by May 26th in order to receive the correct statement of charges for the Fall semester

May 31

Student Immunization Record, Medical History form, and Physical Exam form due

June 1

Start arranging to have your final transcript sent to Guilford College

June 16

On-line Course Registration opens for new students

June 27

On-Line Course Registration ends

July 15

In mid-June you will receive your statement of charges for the fall semester. This fee must be paid by July 15th or a late fee of ($200) will be charged to your account.

August 13

Move-in day and the beginning of New Student Orientation

August 18

First day of classes
