    After submission of the application please submit an essay (500-750 words) on one of the following topics: This essay helps us learn more about you.

    • Discuss an obstacle you have overcome in your life. What change did you make? What did you learn?

    • If you were the principal at your high school, what issue at your school would be the most important to you? What changes would you make to improve the situation?

    • If you were locked in a bookstore for a night, in which section would you spend most of your time? Why?

    • What local, national, or international issue are you most passionate about? Give specific examples of your activities related to this issue in which you participate.

  • If you are a former Guilford College student seeking readmission, please use the traditional readmission application or the CCE readmission application. This application must be printed, completed, and returned to the appropriate admission office.

  • If you're at least 23 years of age (or over), or if you are under 23 years old, but have a Bachelor's degree, you may apply online now through the Center for Continuing Education.
