Application Procedure

Your application will not be considered complete until all the items on the checklist have been submitted.

 

Application Checklist

  • Application and $25 application fee
  • No application fee if you apply online    
  • Official college transcript(s)                     
  • Dean of Students Form
  • Essay- topic is ‘Why do I want to attend Guilford?’
  • Recommendation letter(s)- optional
  • High School transcript ( if you have earned less than 30 semester hours at other institutions)
  • Official SAT of ACT scores or Portfolio (if you have earned less than 30 semester hours at other institutionss)
