The Health Professions Advising Program (HPAP) works to help students prepare for graduate studies in the health professions in numerous ways, including:

  • choosing a career in the health professions
  • advising students on class choice during their undergraduate career
  • assisting students in obtaining volunteer and internship positions
  • organizing programs, such as speakers from health professions schools or alumni
  • answering questions about the application process
  • organizing mock interviews for students
  • preparing for entrance exams (MCAT, GRE)

Faculty involved in the HPAP also advise the Health Science Club, an organization for all students interested in the health professions.
