Professional Development & Training Center

The Professional Development and Training Center (PDTC) was established in June, 2000. The mission of the PDTC is to provide high-quality professional development programs for those seeking to increase their skills, pass certification examinations in selected topics, advance in their careers, and work more effectively with people in diverse work settings.

In addition to standardized certification preparation programs, the Professional Development and Training Center also offers a range of customized training programs and presentations for organizations, with special emphasis on diversity awareness training, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, and human relations development. Two well-established training programs for organizations are currently available in the field of diversity and human relations training. The award-winning Diversity Dramatists program has been recognized for its innovative and creative approach and its uniqueness as a training model.
