Office of the Treasurer
The Treasurer of Community Senate is responsible for supervising/managing all financial business of Senate. This includes overseeing the expenditures and financial standing of all student organizations, managing the Senate budget, assisting club treasurers with concerns, and reviewing requisitions. The Treasurer serves as the Chair of the Budget Committee which proposes a budget proposal for the following year. The Treasurer serves as a member of the Inter-Club Council. Some powers of the Treasurer include:
The power to approve or deny requisitions by student organizations.
The power to recommend candidates for vacant Senate positions to the Executive Council.

Business Manager
The Senate Business Manager serves as the chief assistant to the Treasurer. Like the Treasurer, the Business Manger is responsible for overseeing club expenditures and ensuring the financial security of the Senate. The Business Manager serves as Vice-Chair of the Budget Committee and may act as Chair in the Treasurer's absence. The Business Manger also serves as a member of the Student Residence Council.

Budget Allocations
Below are copies of the budget allocations for Student Organizations. These spreadsheets include all organizations that currently hold full club status. Provisional clubs will continue to operate with the funds allocated to them when they were approved by Senate and the list reflects the amount they currently have minus previous spending from when they were approved. This list also does not account for the entire allocation of student activity fees, the balance will be divided up into the Senate's discretionary budget for the next two semesters.
