Archery Club

The Archery Club is here to teach anyone who's interested about archery. There are regular practices, as well as demos about shooting form, different equipment, how to fix or maintain a bow, tournaments, and more. A lot of people have done some archery before, but never really got the chance to learn more about it. Whether you stop by for five minutes one day, or come to practices regularly, we're just here to have fun

The purpose of the archery club is to teach anyone interested how to archery. This includes:

  • safety on and off archery ranges,
  • how to shoot a bow,
  • shooting form,
  • how to maintain and fix their own equipment, such as fletching arrows making or replacing strings, replacing arrow points and nocks
  • how to spot damaged equipment

We want people to be safe, have fun, and be able to learn how to participate in archery.

"I've been doing archery for about five years, and coaching for about four. It's always been a pretty big part of my life, and I've met some great people because of it. I miss going to tournaments, but I've really enjoyed being able to form the club and get other people involved in archery."
