Student Organization Center (SOC) Reservations

The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement handles reserving the Student Organization Center (SOC), Founders 203B, throughout the year.  The room can be reserved by Guilford College Student Organizations, Offices, and Departments.  

To submit a reservation, send an e-mail to osle@guilford.edu with the following:

  • Name of Organization, Dept, or Office:
  • Name//Phone # of Person Responsible for activity:
  • Date(s) Preferred:
  • Start and End Time(s) Preferred:
  • Description of Activity:

Please submit requests at least 2 days before you need the reservation.

You will recieve a response within 24 hours.
