LeaderSPARK is a four year program sponsored by the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement. The program focuses on helping students find their own leadership path and aims to ignite their passion for leading. Students should participate if they want to:
- learn more about themselves,
- learn leadership skills and apply them to their own experiences
- and connect leadership into the local community and beyond!
First Year- Focus on Leadership Through Self Reflection
Second Year - Focus on Leadership within a Team/ Organization
Third and Fourth Years - Focus on Leadership in the Local Community and Beyond
