Founders Lobby Table Reservations
The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement handles reserving the tables in Founders lobby throughout the year. The tables can be reserved by Guilford College faculty, staff, and students and by off campus organizations.
To submit a reservation, send an e-mail to osle@guilford.edu with the following:
- Name of Organization, Dept, or Office (if applicable):
- Name/Email/Phone # of Person Responsible for activity:
- Date(s) Preferred:
- Time(s) Preferred:
- Time Needed Before and After (setup/breakdown):
- Number of Tables Needed (up to 4):
- Description of Activity:
Please submit requests at least 2 days before you need the reservation.
You will recieve a response within 24 hours.
For off campus organizations there is a $25 fee per table per day and $10 for each additional table per day.
