Check-in Information
ALL Student Financial Services Office and Financial Aid issues MUST be resolved prior to check-in. If these issues are not resolved, you will not receive your room key and will not be allowed to complete check-in.
If you do not plan to enroll in Fall 2008
ONCE REGISTERED YOU ARE OFFICIALLY ENROLLED AT GUILFORD AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES. IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO ATTEND CLASSES, YOU MUST NOTIFY ONE OF THE APPROPRIATE OFFICES LISTED ABOVE IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW OFFICIALLY.
Traditional Program First-Year students should contact the Director of the First Year Center at 336-316-2127. All other Traditional Program students should contact the Office for Campus Life (336-316-2186) to process a withdrawal from school effective at the end of the previous semester.
Student Financial Services Office Hours. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., exclusive of college holidays. Office hours are extended to 6:00 p.m. the first two days of refund check disbursement each semester. These dates are posted, in advance, on the BUZZ, the BEACON and the college's website.
