How do I get proof that I was enrolled at Guilford College?

Written statements of Guilford College enrollment verification can be performed by the student by accessing BannerWeb and The National Student Clearinghouse. The steps are to click on the BannerWeb menu as shown:

  • Student & Financial Aid
  • Student Records
  • Student Enrollment Verification
  • An automatic link to the National Student Clearinghouse occurs, and a form appears that requires name, birthdate and Social Security Number.
  • Print the official Enrollment Verification.
