Information for Parents
The Quaker Card is the Guilford College ID Card. Cardholders may choose to use the following services:
- Campus ID Card
- Library Access
- Door Access
- Print/Copy Access
- Meal Plan/Grill Cash (if traditional-aged residential student)
This applies to the following meal plans: 10-meal plan and 14-meal plan ONLY: Students on meal plans other than these two listed must place funds in Campus Dollars OR Community Dollars on the Quaker Card to use for dining in the Founders Hall Grill

NEW/TRANSFER STUDENTS MUST WAIT UP TO 24 HOURS UNTIL THEIR DESIGNATED ORIENTATION DAY TO SET UP ONLINE QUAKER CARD ACCOUNTS.
Funds can be added to the card purses to provide these additional services:
- Bookstore - campus bookstore use only
- Campus Dollars - used in the Cafeteria, the Grill , and the campus bookstore
- Community Dollars - used at selected off-campus merchants as well as on-campus locations listed

Financial Aid Voucher - financial aid funds used to purchase required course materials from the bookstore only
