The Quaker Card Office has been merged with Student Financial Services effective January, 2008. Quaker Card Services are available from 9:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday AND 8:30am-5:00pm on Friday during the academic year unless otherwise posted. Summer School hours vary.
ID Cards are made Monday thru Friday between 10:00am-5:00pm; it is always best to make an appointment for a new or replacement Quaker Card to avoid any inconvenience.
After 5:00pm, please log a call to the IT&S Help Desk at (336) 316-2525 in order to receive assistance the following business day with your ID Card needs.
*****IMPORTANT NOTE: WHEN CARDHIOLDERS HAVE REFUNDS RETURNED TO ID CARDS, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARD OFFICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. FUNDS HAVE TO BE TRANFERRED IN ORDER TO BE ACCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THAT RETURN. THANK YOU!!*****
