There are multiple ways to add money to your Quaker Card Accounts:
On Campus
By Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card
The Student Financial Services located in the Lower Level of New Garden Hall.
By Phone
By Credit Card
Student Financial Services at (336) 316-2515 OR (336) 316-2176 and have the account number ready.
By Mail

Important Reminders
Funds can only be deposited by 3:00PM or they will not be credited to the cardholder's purse for 1-2 business days. Funds deposited by 3:00PM will be available for use after 4:00PM the same day.
Make Checks payable to Guilford College and list the Student Name and Guilford ID number (G#) to ensure the funds are credited to the proper purse. Make sure to specify which purse you are adding money to.
