The collection is arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification System. Materials are assigned various subjects, and these subjects have specific call numbers arranged on all three floors of the library.
To search the library collection, click on the Hege Library link from the college homepage, and then select NC-PALS Catalog under the Online Library Catalogs heading. Since Guilford College is part of a consortium, the holdings for several local schools are included. Search for materials by author, title, subject, or keyword. Two Public Access Terminals are located near Information/Reference on the first floor, and one terminal is located on each of the second and lower levels.
