Purchase Requests
The following forms are for faculty and other community members to requests items for purchase by the library. Those wishing to have access to an item for a research paper should use the interlibrary loan form if it is not available in our library. Requests for purchase will be forwarded to the appropriate library staff member for consideration as funds are available.
