My Library Account (Renew Online)
Library materials can be borrowed with a valid Guilford College ID. Materials are checked out from the main circulation desk in Access Services. See Patron Borrowing Policies for borrowing periods and restrictions.
In addition to Hege Library books and DVDs, you may also check out items on reserve for a course. Materials beyond Guilford may be borrowed through other area libraries with a Guilford ID. Interlibrary loan expands borrowing to include resources not held nearby. See the FAQ for addditional information about borrowing.
How do I login to My Account?
On the library’s website, click on NC-PALS Catalog. The link to My Account is located above the search box. Click on the link to My Account. You will then be asked for your UserID, Alternate ID and Password.
You only need to enter one ID number. Your UserID number is your library account number which is listed on your id card. It is the number that begins with 22931. Your Alternate ID number is your G number. (Note: Please be sure to include the G when you enter this number or it will not accept it). The first time that you login to My Account, you will use “changeme” as your password. After the first login, you can customize your password.
22931515070142 (the third ID listed on your card) is the library specific ID number.
G99999998 (the first ID listed on your card) is the G number or Alternate ID.
