Media Services
Media Services is a function of the IT&S Help Desk located in the Bauman Telecommunications Center, room 101. Media Services provides a range of support services including training to faculty and students on multimedia equipment. Check out the links below for information on the services and support that we provide for members of the Guilford College community.

Media Services Policies
What we do
- Work with you to provide the best solution for the request you have.
- Deliver and setup multimedia and computer equipment in classrooms and presentation spaces.
- Support classrooms and presentation spaces with multimedia equipment already installed.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment for use by the Guilford community.
- Provide training on the operation and proper handling of equipment, transferring media from one form to another (cassette to MP3, MiniDV to DVD/VHS/digital, etc.), scanning various media.
What we don't do
- Take media (tapes, CD's, etc.) and import, edit, or transfer them for you.
- Cut, edit and convert your video, photo or other project for you.
- Provide staffing for events or classrooms.
