The mission of the Guilford College Information Technology & Services Department is to develop, secure, and maintain a technological infrastructure that supports the college's mission of providing a transformative, practical, and excellent liberal arts education. The Information Technology & Services Department does this by developing positive supportive relationships within Guilford College and other higher education institutions and businesses.

IT&S Provides:
- Training -- walk-in or over the phone
- Help Desk and technical support on college standard hardware (Windows and Mac) and software
- Telecom – dial tone, network, voice mail, internet service
- Cable TV for all Residence Halls
- Computer Classrooms/Labs – 3 Bauman, 1 Duke, 1 King
- Computers in the Library – laptops, InfoVillage, Betty Place classroom
- Multimedia Classrooms, setups, and checkouts
- Banner and BannerWeb
- Web site development and support
- Discipline specific software installations for faculty (SPSS, Photoshop, etc..)
