Changing Bookmarks in Lotus Notes 7
For Faculty and Staff:
As of August 2nd, 2007, all departmental mailfiles have been moved to a new Lotus Notes server, fsmail. If you have a bookmark in your Lotus client to access department mailfiles, you will need to change your bookmark settings to access your departmental mailfile on the new server.
If you use the web to access your departmental mail, click here for instructions.
1. Right click the current database icon on your Notes bookmark bar, and select Remove Bookmark. When prompted if you are sure, click Yes.

2. At the top menu items, click on File, then Database, then Open.

3. Change the server from Local to fsmail. If the fsmail/Guilford server does not appear in your list, click Other, then fsmail/Guilford.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, and double click on the yellow mail folder.

5. Double click on the yellow other folder.

6. Click once and highlight the mail database you want to bookmark. (e.g. Guilford College Registrar), then click the bookmark button on the right.

7. In the Add Bookmark window, click the top choice –Bookmark Bar- , then click OK.

8. Repeat steps 4 and 5, until all databases you previously bookmarked are now bookmarked pointing to the new server.
9. When you are done, simply close the bookmark window.
