Employee Rehire
1.900 EMPLOYEE REHIRE
A former employee who resigned from the College in good standing may re-apply for employment with the College and will be considered along with other qualified applicants. Former employees who were dismissed or discharged normally will not be considered for re-employment.
Employees who leave the College and are rehired within one year of the termination date will be fully reinstated under the benefit plan to include continuation of vacation and emergency leave accrual at the pre-resignation level.
