| Saturday | 8 am - 3 pm | |
| Sunday | 1 pm - 5 pm | |
Weight room/Cardio room towels along with jump ropes, magazines, locks & basketballs are available at the Check-in desk by leaving your Guilford College ID. Shirts and traditional athletic shoes are required in the weight rooms and Cardio room. Traditional athletic shoes are required in the gym and field house. Footwear of some type and shirts are required upon entering the PE Center. |
