Templates
The templates on this page give you the tools to produce fax cover sheets and other official stationery forms on your printer. These templates are not meant to be replacements for professionally printed official Guilford College printed stationery, but provide convenient headers for letters sent via e-mail, PDF documents and other official forms.
We have also provided a “preprinted” template formatted to fit your professionally printed letterhead and envelopes. The margins on these templates are preset, so you will automatically know where to place text. When printed on the official stationery your text should be positioned perfectly in relation to the logos and headers.
You will find step-by-step instructions for customizing the design in the body of the template.

Departmental Templates
