Site Supervisor Responsibilities
By accepting a Guilford intern at your internship site, you also agree to the following:
- To supervise the intern, ensuring that responsibilities are related to the academic and/or career goals of the student.
- To assign meaningful projects and to minimize mundane tasks
- To complete an evaluation of each intern at the conclusion of the internship
- To communicate professionally and honestly with the intern
- To utilize the resources of Guilford's Internship Office and Center for Career and Community Learning
Should you find that you are unable to fulfill the site supervisor's responsibilities or if you have any questions or concerns throughout the semester, please contact the Internship Coordinator/Vocational Counselor.
