          Abercrombie & Fitch has partnered with LOFT (Latinos on Fast Track) to diversify their workforce through their MIT (Manager in Training) Program.  It is a comprehensive 90-day plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. Training is structured in two-week implements. Each period the trainee will shadow a different member of the management team providing exposure to men's and women's merchandising, campus recruiting, scheduling, and basic principles of management. The general manager will conduct weekly performance assessments.           A Democracy Summer Student Organizer will work in conjunction with Democracy North Carolina staff towards the mission of the organization: a more vital democracy that fulfills the promise the promise of "one person, one vote."
