Biography of Vivian Lutian

Our latest addition to the staff is Vivian Lutian, a career counselor for adult students.

Vivian is available to help you during our regular hours (weekdays 8:30-5:00 pm), but she is also available on Wednesday evenings from 5-7 pm in CACL and on Thursday evenings from 5-7 pm in Hendricks Hall.

Vivian is familiar with Guilford College because she taught English here twenty years ago for some ten years. She and three others then started up the Women's Resource Center, where she worked as Programs Director for ten years, directing the Peer Counseling Program and other programs at the Center. Vivian has her B.A. in English and French from Chapel Hill and her M.A. in English from UNCG. She has over twenty years of co-counseling experience with the local Re-evaluation Co-counseling community. Vivian also normally teaches a section of Adult Transitions each semester, the entry-level English course for CCE students. She looks forward to serving you!
