Parent Requests
To request the Childcare List or Tutor List please call our office at 316-2187. We will send the list to you promptly by mail. If you need the list more quickly we can email it, but you still must provide us with a mailing address so we can mail some other information. In addition to the list we send more details about the list and a sheet of suggested parental guidelines to help the process go more smoothly.
