As a student, IT&S has a lot to offer you. For help with your hardware/software questions, check out our helpsheets. If they can’t answer your questions, the Help Desk in Bauman 101 (316-2525, or just 2525 if you are calling from on campus) will be happy to help. If you are having any trouble with the technology in your dorm - telephone, cable or your personal computer - the Help Desk will set up a resnet call for you and have a student worker come out to the dorm room. Our student workers can provide suggestions and trouble shooting, but they can not work on your hardware or install software. Our student workers can assist you in talking with your computer vendor.
