Lotus Notes Upgrade -- Information for Web Access
In late July and early August 2007, IT&S will be upgrading all student, faculty, staff and organizational mailfiles to Lotus Notes 7. As part of this transition, all students will begin checking their email using the web interface only. This page contains important information for students, faculty and staff using the web page to access their email.
All students will now use Lotus Notes on the web to check their email, through the link at the bottom of the homepage at www.guilford.edu.
On the new server, quotas for student mailfiles will be increased to 100 MB, and quotas will be enforced. That means that if your mailfile is over 100 MB, you will not be able to send or receive email until you reduce the size of your mailfile. For assistance in reducing the size of your mailfile, please contact the Help Desk at 316-2525 or help@guilford.edu.
The first time you log into your email over the web, or access the Guilford address book, you may get some browser messages that you need to respond to.
