Here is a preview of our ideas for dining this fall --- and we’ll adjust as you let us know how it’s working for you!

At ALL meals:

  • Cereal Station - variety of sugared and non-sugared selections
  • Baker’s Corner – including local, organic vegan bagels; organic sliced breads; local (“Simple Kneads”) bakery breads; assorted spreads, jellies and preserves
  • Fruit Bar – with whole and cut fresh fruit (local in season); homemade granola; yogurts (including vegan); assorted toppings
  • Beverages – milk (skim, 1%, whole – Organic/Natural; soy); Pepsi products including Gatorade; filtered and flavored water; assorted juices; organic, fair trade coffee; iced tea; bagged hot teas; hot cocoa and cappuccino drinks

Breakfast:

  • Breads - homemade muffins, specialty breads, fresh baked cinnamon rolls, biscuits, scones, local bakery danishes, coffee cakes and croissants
  • Hot things – cereals; eggs (egg substitutes served as requested); daily special entrée (like stratas, quiches, French toast, pancakes, handheld breakfast sandwiches); breakfast meats (local as available); accompaniments (potatoes every which way, baked fruits)

Lunch & Dinner:

  • Deli bar - all natural meats; select organic breads; select natural/organic/and vegan cheeses; tofu; local veggies in season; specialty spreads, including vegan
  • Salad bar – leafy greens (iceberg, romaine, local/organic selection); assorted veggies shredded and julienne (local in season); assorted pickled selections (olives, pickles, banana peppers); tofu; cheeses; eggs; dry toppings (croutons, homemade bacon bits, seeds); homemade and organic salad dressings
  • Composed salads – protein, vegetarian and green
  • Soups – variety always homemade and a vegetarian offering
  • Pizza - multi-grain and white dough, always cheese/pepperoni and a daily special including vegan pizzas
  • Entrees – homemade signatures and favorites you suggest (always offering  vegan, classic and “healthy” selections)
  • Tasty sides – three to choose from including a starch and two veggie selections (including one steamed and local in season); accompaniment or specialty bread daily
  • Dessert – frozen yogurt; homemade sweets

Grab & Go will be offered at Lunch – classics and daily specials with sides

 

The Grill

With a totally new and improved space and equipment, we have designed a dynamic menu with new ideas and old favorites, like:

  • Beverage Bar – smoothies with seasonal fruits; milkshakes; fresh juices; fair trade coffee
  • Daily Specials – paninis; egg stuff; quesadillas; flatbread pizzas
  • Comfort Hots – soups; burgers; chicken tenders and grilled sandwiches; loaded potatoes; handcut fries
  • Cold Things – baguette sandwiches; Caesars plus; market samplers; frozen yogurt
  • Sweet & Savory – local and homemade bagels, breads and bakery sweets
  • On the Go – wraps; sandwich minis; tossed salads with toppers; hummus; fresh fruit and cheesesGC Logo
