Delilah White is a Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor (GCDFI) and is the President of VETWorkx Consulting, a career development firm serving impoverished regions. She has over 10 years of domestic and international education, program management and research experience.

Prior to founding VETWorkx, White served as an Adult Career Coach and Outreach Specialistfor Danville Community College in Danville, Virginia specializing in providing education andcareer training services for underrepresented and underserved populations. White has served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, West Africa in which she held a number of senior level positions including Girls Education and Empowerment Extension Agent, Monitoring and Evaluation Trainer, and Education Sector Program Evaluator. White was a lecturer in the Communication Studies Department at the University of North Carolina Greensboro from 2007-2011; Gateways Program Assistant/Adult Student Counselor at Guilford College’s Center for Continuing Education; Health Literacy Consultant and Research Associate for the North Carolina Health Literacy Council; and an adjunct instructor at Guilford Technical Community College.

White holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from Emory and Henry College. She currently serves as the Project and Communications Manager for the Center for Principled Problem Solving at Guilford College.
