Mission

The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to serve as a resource to the Guilford College community in their efforts to recruit and retain qualified employees who best perform, or support teaching and service. We provide information that promotes legal and ethical relationships between the College and its employees. We are also responsible for managing and administering employee benefits, employment issues and concerns, employee rights, employee records, compliance with laws and regulations, workers compensation, equal opportunity and payroll activities.
